Jake/E9321 Engineer attended quickly. Polite and friendly. Happy to provide solutions and advice. Left all areas clean and tidy. Really good to have a tv that works properly. Very professional although nothing could be done due to the equipment being so old he advised us with the best way to get sky to update us to a new platform which was invaluable to us as pensioners were not tech savvy and best of all no charge or call out fee couldn t recommend them more highly

work was great , very proffesional , re pricing it was not clear that the quote was less VAT , I am fortunate enough where it was within my Budget but had it not been the case and I saw the end bill after the work was done it could have been a problem
